When I designed a new website for my nonprofit e-zine cultural science I decided I wanted something that shows the difference between virtual reading and reading on a bank in the park with real books. I took that photo in Berlin, autumn 2008 and worked on it in Photoshop and animated it in Aftereffects.

It depicts the bank with books, slightly moving to the left with a leaf falling on top of the books. For me that was the metaphor on the autumn of real books, since reading from screens is growing.
